Who will be first to receive it?

The City of Houston tells me that the first wave of Yard Parking Ordinance letters should arrive in Oak Forest by the end of this week. I wanted to start this discussion in anticipation of the letters' arrival.

If you've been following the forums or attending the monthly OFHA meetings, you know that this application is the first of at least 3 we will have to make. Once we wade through this first application, we will file the applications for the other parts of OF. The letters are just one phase in the opt-in process.

As you can read from the monthly meeting minutes published on the forums, we have been discussing the ordinance and soliciting feedback for quite some time - June, 2006 to be exact (http://ofha.org/parking). If the letter is the first time you've heard of the ordinance, I would encourage you to read through the "Monthly Meetings" and "General Discussion" sections of the forums before you reply to this topic.

I'm in section one. Got my letter in the mail yesterday.

Section 6 received mine as well, which was bundled together with all the sections that are east of TC Jester.

I haven't received the letter in Section 16. Has it been sent out yet? If not, is there anything I can do to help expedite it?
